Wow - is it really that long since I last posted?

Thanks for all the comments over the last week or so - both on the blog and via email. It's always great to know people are reading.

So, it's been a busy few (11) days, summed up in the posts below. Not great internet connection here theough so you will have to wait a few more days for the pics.

As for our travel plans, the eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed that we seem to have missed a portion of our trip. We had originally planned to go to Cambodia but to be honest we:

a) planned to do more than possible / advisable, as usual

and

b) actually made a lot of plans in response to everyone asking what our plans were.

We did some reading up on all the countries before we left but, other than knowing we had to fly into and out of Singapore on set dates, we have taken a pretty relaex approach to things.

So - we loved Malaysia so much that we already spent more time than we expected to there on the way through, and there are still things we want to do. So, we are leaving Cambodia off the itinerary for this trip (sorry Carla) and heading back to Malaysia in a few days to explore more. Don't worry though, we have to come back to the UK at some point and it may well be via Cambodia.
